What Causes Mild Backache And Chest Pain?

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

I think that you suffer from lumbar and toracal arthritis.
To confirm the diagnosis you need an x-ray, complete blood count, fibrinogen test and urine test.

To treat it, you should take non steroidal anti inflammatory medications.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
