What Causes Mild Contractions Along With Light Headedness During Pregnancy?
Im on bed rest for preterm labor and a short cervics at 1.5-1.9 at 27 weeks... I am now 30 weeks and have been feeling dizzy, light headed, and tired with small contractions randomly throughout the day. Should i go to hospital and if not what else should i do?

with regards to the dizziness you need to eat proper nutritious food and drink lots of fluids
and the contraction these could be false contractions known as Braxton hicks
but it is definitely better to go to hospital to get checked
