Hi,

Tremors are commonly indicators of developing neurological problems(MS, Parkinson's disease, Stroke, Traumatic brain injury).

If you are diabetic, control your blood sugar levels as they may trigger your symptoms. Stay away from alcohol or addiction of any kind.

Visit ER, get physically examined for all posture & co-ordination, gait or tendon reflexes. Get Nerve Conduction tests & other laboratory tests done to rule out thyroid dysfunction, metabolic problems, etc.

Your treatment (medication, therapy, surgery if required) will depend upon the severity of the pathology detected. In the meantime, take B6, B12, Folic acid along with minerals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
