What Causes Mild Lump And Bruise On Brow Bone After Injury?

My daughter is 6 and fell into the corner of the coffee table. There is a lump the size of a quarter on the outside of the brow bone. No cuts. Slight bruising in the middle of the bump. Should I worry about the brow bone being broken. I applied ice for swelling and gave her Tylenol.

Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
Based upon the history you have provided it is difficult to comment about the bone. All you need is to stay calm and You should do regular icing. Continue with the Tylenol ... The swelling is due to inflammatory reaction and will settle in a week.
If it is improving then you should not be worried .
If swelling is increasing and become severely tender then consult surgeon...
May she get well soon
