What Causes Mild Spotting And Delayed Menstruation?

I am a 34 year old female. after my last baby was born, 5 years ago, my periods became completely regular every 4 weeks about 14 months post-delivery. About 3 months ago, they have still been regular but ridiculously heavy..approx 2 super-plus tampons every hour on day 2. About 7 days ago, when I was due, like clockwork, I had terrible cramps, as usually, mild spotting day 1, as usual..period never started. I am not pregnant, my husband had a vaesectamy.

Hello madam, welcome here. You have also severe flow from 3 months. I suspect any small masses like fibroids may be there in uterus wall which is leading to coilcky pain and heavy flow. Please get one abdominopelvic scan .Just for this month to consider if its very stress ful month then there is possibility of delay in periods. Take care
