What Causes Minor Back Pain, Nausea And General Fatigue To A Teenage Girl?

Hi I have been experiencing some pain in the skin to the the left of my right hipbone and it is tender to touch. I have considered it being my appendix but I have done the rebound test and it only seems to hurt when I apply a bit of pressure to it. I have also experienced minor back pain, nausea and just general fatigue. I m female and I m 15 years old. What is it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.Not to worry it doesn't look like appendicitis as you are not giving any symptoms much related to it.
2.I feel like generalised myalgia due to any infections (minor)
3.If you are my patient - i would recommend to take rest, and if pains are more than 5 on the scale of 10 a pain killer.(visit ER if any severe things )
4.And all symptoms will resolve by couple of days.
5.Relax, eat well and be happy. Hope it will help.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
