Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your experience with miscarriage for 2 occasion (2&3weeks) for the past 2years I am suggesting strongly that the miscarriage is due to chromosomal abnormalities
In view of this please do a test called fetal karyotype or chorionic villus sampling
Meanwhile see a obstetric specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
Moreover please stay away from sex after conception and don't expose yourself to any irradiation
I hope this helps
