What Causes Miscarriages?

Hi, I have conceived by IVF recently, and At 6 weeks Scan cardiac activity of baby was present 100rpm with 5 % collection.. then I took treatment for it and did a scan again and they said collection reduced and asked for a review scan after one week.. On review scan they found cardiac activity is absent.. I have already had 5 similar miscarriages..3 with no cardiac activity.. my age is 36.. plz help me to find the reason.. I have done karyotyping as well and it came normal..
