What Causes Missing Periods, Frequent Abdominal Pain And Nausea?
I am a 30yr old mom of 3. I had a tubal ligation done in 2006. My problem is I have not had a period since end of June, I have been experienceing very frequent abdominal pain, I'm always tired an feeling nauseous quit often. Could i be pregnant? Anyone with any advice would be very helpful..
As you wrote that you missed your periods, it does not always mean that you are pregnant, missed periods can be due to thyroid, fever, diet change, more exercise and stress. Go for pregnancy test first to confirm, to rule out pregnancy.
