What Causes Motion Sickness After Taking Duphaston?
Hi ! My doctor prescribed me duphastone 10mg for 14 days From some days i m feeling like motion sickness, whenever i want to eat sumthing, i get feeling of vomiting..u can ask that i m feeling nosea evrytime.is it side affect of this medicine or something else ?
Hello, Thank you for asking your question at health care magic
Duphastone (Dydrogesterone) is a synthetic progesterone. Nausea is a common side effect of Duphastone and the nausea will subside once the medication is discontinued.
I would also like to know about your last menstrual period , as morning sickness and nausea can be due to pregnancy too.If in doubt, I suggest that you take a home pregnancy test and follow up with your doctor.
Hope I was able to help you Please feel free to address any more concerns Regards, Dr.Lekshmi
