What Causes Mucus And Brown Worm Like Thing In Stool?
I am a 31 yr old black female, about 5'6, 190 lbs. Good medical history, with no allergies. The only medication I take regularly is Tri-Sprintec. Yesterday I had a bowel movement and I passed a brown worm-like thing. It was about 4-5 inches long. I also passed a noticeable amount of mucus with the stool. I've also noticed more gas and since then I've had more liquid bowel movements. Any ideas?
