What Causes Muscle Cramps And Pain In Chin And Adam S Apple?

hi, recently over the past couple of months when I yawn I am getting a cramp like sensation under my chin in front of my Adams apple, it feels as if muscles are overlapping themselves and cause quite frightening pain. as if it will stick together and not release. I m not sure what it is that s causing it but I am acing to force myself not to yawn these days because of the pain.. any ideas?
