General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Noted your history about having had accident in December 2015 wherein the left hip hit the car door, have now pain on the left side of low back, hip area and so on.
The probable diagnosis can be as follows:
Left Sacroiliitis meaning the movable and inflamed sacroiliac joint.
Problem with hip joint itself.
Tore and now scarified gluteal muscles.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Get the opinion of an Orthopedic Surgeon, clinical examination.
Correlation with MRI and other radiological investigations as would be advised.
All these things will give to the best possible diagnosis and allow the most appropriate mangement.
Till then continue anti-inflammatory medicines.
Disprin is good but needs to be taken after food and with PPI to avoid gastritis.
Or try other anti-inflammatory medicines.
Bed rest is very important.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
