hi leg cramps is a common problem especially due to working the calf or thigh muscles too hard while exercising.other reasons are poor blood circulation in legs, working in very hot temperature, dehydration, neck or back spine pathology leading to compression of nerves, deficiency of magnesium, potassium, calcium, vitamins and so on.For a cramp in the front of the thigh, hold on to a chair to steady yourself and pull your foot back toward your buttock.eat more foods high in vitamins, magnesium, calcium.take care.bye.
