Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What is the size of the cyst? It may be due to torsion of the cyst which causes so much pain.

If the pain is interfering with your daily activity, then you should get it operated for cyst removal. Consult a gynecologist regarding the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Somaiya Sultana
