After eating meals, I feel a spasm type ache in the lower back on both sides that lasts for quite awhile. Sometimes, I feel the achy pain reach around and under my rib cage on the sides but it never comes up to the front of my rib cage or my stomach. I had a CT Scan done the end of May and they said that all my internal organs were healthy and clean. They said that I didn t even have a gallstone in my gallbladder. After dinner, it can last all night, but by morning, it s gone. It s more of a achy spasm pressure than a pain. I wanted to rule out heart or back problems, so I decided to try drinking hot tea with or after my meals and it has helped a lot but I can still feel a little bit of the ache. It almost feels like a tired back, like when you ve worked all day with your back bent over.
