Hi manu,
As a traveling person in the car, you must be sitting a lot. That does not give the back a good position most of the times.
Due to abnormal position and not due to anesthesia, you are having back pain.
You need two things
1. Proper sitting posture
2. Back exercise to strengthen back muscles.

Other than this, you need to reduce weight.
If pain is severe, you might require an x-ray and need to meet an orthopedic surgeon.
Any further queries, happy to help you again.
