What Causes My Knee To Tilt When Wave Hits My Leg In Opposite Direction?
my knee was tilted laterally when wave hits my leg in opposite direction after that i have fallen down four times while playing , after about 60days i have consulted a doctor , he has given a knee brace for 42 days . what exactly happen to my knee please tell sir......
What I understand from the brief history is you have a ligament and muscle weakness. Due to weakness of the ligament and muscles the knee is not having good stability and due to which there is later shifting of the joint and falls are common due to knee buckling.
I will advice to do some exercises which helps the knee muscle and ligaments to become stronger to make the knee stability improve. Exercises like - Static hamstring, static Quadriceps, half squats, reverse walking, balance board training. This will help the knee stability to regain and the lateral shift will be avoided in future.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
