What Causes My Left Arm To Throb And Sometimes Tingle

I was shocked in my lower right arm at 3pm (just before the wrist) off a mains voltage (230 volts) two small burns about a centimetre away from each other suggesting an entry and exit point, now it is 2 am the next day and my arm is throbbing and tingling. Is this anything to worry about?
