What Causes Nasal Bleeding And Dizziness After A Head Injury?

My son got blindsided today playing football, he got hit hard, hit his head on the sidewalk and got a bloody nose! He has been complaining of dizziness, and headaches we took him to get an evaluation from the ATC, but wouldn t see him? Should we head to the ER?

Yes please head to the ER as soon as possible. Your son should be evaluated for any serious harm.
Bleeding from nose, dizziness and headache; all these symptoms warrant attention in case of head injury.
