What Causes Nasal Congestion, Headache And Eye Pain?
Intermittent throbbing pain in right eye, headache across forehead, scalp tenderness on right side of head. Nasal congestion. Recently seen by ophthalmologist for hemorrhagic vitreous detachment in left eye. Right eye exam was normal except for surface dryness to right eye. What could be causing all these symptoms.

The symptoms can be related to many medical condition. Common condition related to your symptoms are migraine and sinusitis. I recommend to do a sinus X-ray for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest to do an anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen to relieve the headache.
