Hello and welcome I really appreciateyour concern Looking at your symptoms this could be any of following Upper respiratory tract infection Sinusitis Allergic reaction If such a patient comes to my clinic I would advise to get complete blood count and ESR after thorough examination I would prescribe antihistaminic group of drug preferably levocetirizine and a cough syrup with decongestant nasal spray a course of antibiotics after getting the blood report or if it doesn t improve with symptomatic treatment do warm saline gargles steam inhalation deep breathing exercises Hope this helps you wishing you good health
