What Causes Nausea, Abdominal Bloating And Passing Of Green Stools?

I have had a stomach ache , nausea, bloating, and green stools for the past few weeks. Haven t hardly eaten anything. Especially anything that would turn my stool green. Been extremely fatigued, (more than normal) The pain in my stomach started about 2 months ago.. I have been having chest pains and numbness as well, but, I just had an Echo done and it was ok... I rarely get sick or feel bad so, this has me a little worried.. please let me know what you think it may be? Thank you.. Julie..

Hey.

If i were your treating doctor, then i would have first ordered for few tests like, ULTRASOUND OF ABDOMEN, STOOL EXAMINATION AND COMPLETE BLOOD EXAMINATION.
After the reports were out, then i would have planned accordingly like what all is to be done then.
