What Causes Nausea Along With Abdominal Pain And Weight Loss?

hi I have been having the following symptoms: nausea epigastric and abdominal pain and severe weight loss. had a g/c scope last year all normal was treated for h pylori. they suspected an incomplete annular pancreas found on radiological exam. that was last august. now presenting with severe back pain epigastric and abdominal pain again. had fresh blood in stoll from Thursday to sunday. all labs normal. any suggestions doctors do not know what could be wrong. many thanks

Hi,

I would advise you to do a PET CT scan.You can apply Fentanyl patch locally for pain.You also need to do MRI of LS spine.
