What Causes Nausea Along With Appetite Loss And Severe Fatigue?
I had nausea without emesis starting Monday, since then I’ve had no appetite, extreme fatigue and can’t do much. I’ve never had anything last this long with no seemingly obvious symptoms other than zero energy and aches everywhere. I’m 29 healthy active no past medical issues
As per your query you are having symptoms of nausea along with appetite loss and severe fatigue. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , food poisoning, irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance or intestinal ileus. You should eat light and non spicy and avoid food like sea food and nuts. You should take plenty of fluids and oral rehydrating solution as well. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history . Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should take antacid after every meal, probiotic food and keep your head elevated while lying down.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
