What Causes Nausea And Acid Reflux While On Zyrtec D?
I have sinus infection. My doctor put me on ZertecD and Deslym cough syrup last Friday. I am nauseous, feel like I have acid reflux-which I don t have-and at times severe stomach cramps. Could it be from this medication? I stopped taking it this morning.

Zyrtec D can cause gastritis and upset stomach. You can take Pantoprazole 40 mg daily in the morning before breakfast to help with the symptoms.
If the symptoms are persistent after a week, follow up with your doctor.
