What Causes Nausea And Depression Along With Fatigue?

I was in a car wreck two months ago that left me with two contusions one on the front above my nostrils and one on the upper right side of my head right above my temple and it left me unconscious and had to be airlifted. Symptoms following include fatigue, loss of balance, confusion, depression, and consuming thoughts of myself feeling better some how if u will. I ve had no medical attention after my four day stay at an er because financial problems and no insurance so docter what can I do or take to make for it over the counter?

Hi,

Sorry, to hear about your accident. I am sorry to say that such problems cannot be dealt with as over the counter. Balance problems and fatigue are important things to be evaluated are detailed especially after trauma.

This may either be some residual brain damage which may gradually heal, or maybe post-traumatic stress disorder. Both of these problems cannot be death without proper assessment. So please talk to your GP he would better make a plan for you.
