What Causes Nausea And Light Headedness While Walking?
Good evening. I realize that I can t eat and then walk without getting nauseous or lightheaded. Like if I go to the mall and have lunch or something, I have to sit down for an hour before walking or I will get sick. Do you have an idea of what this could possibly be?

Nausea occurring immediately after a meal can indicate a problem with the gastric lining (e.g. ulcers, gastritis, food poisoning, etc.). But if you had food poisoning you would be experiencing more intense symptoms like diarrhoea, vomiting, etc; as you have not reported that I suspect conditions like gastritis, ulcers, etc. Please visit your doctor for a more elaborate evaluation.
