General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read your message and understood your problem.

A possible ovulation may have caused you the symptoms. You can do a pregnancy test next if it was unprotected sex.

Stomach troubles after sex can be due to a bad emotional reaction to sex, strong contractions or rough sex. Infections can be related too.

Also, it is not said that your gastrointestinal symptoms must be related to your previous day experience. Maybe you have skipped meals or have some malnutrition effects.

Hope this was helpful
