ok so my 87 year old father contracted c diff he has been treated for three weeks with antibiotics, he has not eaten since other than partial amounts of porridge and for the last two days has complained of nausea and actual vomiting could this be c diff returning

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to gastritis and this need to be ruled out else this can be managed on tentative basis with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, if the symptoms persist then clinical examination is must, hope this information helps.
