What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Along With Severe Body Pain?
I get these episodes of full body tingling, numbness like feeling, so weak if I don t sit down I will fall down, collapse. Then I get extremely nauseated, vomiting, sometimes pass out. Then I am so exhausted and weak for about 2 days all I do is sleep. My entire body aches as if I had exercised heavily.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like viral prodrome.
