What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Followed By Bell S Palsy?
I have been in the hospital for 11 days. Entered with intense nausea and vomiting. Within two days developed Bells Palsy on left side. Vision has continued to decrease in acuity. Have severe taste of metal in my mouth, can t tolerate anything more than a morsel. Am not nauseous anymore but that s because I can t get food past my mouth. Yesterday am endoscopy revealed 3 Duodenal Ulcers

You can take ANTIBOTIC twice a day for 5 days. You can take NSAIDS twice a day for 5 days. You can take ANTACIDS twice a day for 5 days. Don't eat outside food, commercial products, stale food, eat home made rice and khichhdi, drink more amount of water, buttermilk, juice, etc, do ultrasound if not resolved. Consult the gastroenterologist.
