What Causes Nausea And Vomiting On Taking Over Dosage Of Paracetamol Pills?

Hi there, about 40 hours ago I took a scattered overdose of Paracetomol tablets (500 mg) I took over 30 of them in the space of about 2 hours. I woke up a few hours later with severe nausea and vomited only a tiny amount as I don t eat much from being ill. Other than feeling nauseous and needing to vomit nothing else has happened. What are the possibilities of anything happening to me? About 2 weeks ago I took about 20 of th scattered over an hour and again, nothing happened! Just curious if anything will? Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Acetaminophen could be lethal one if taken in high dose, it seems you must be having dome functional kind of disorders and better to see the psychiatrist before it is too late, hope this information helps.
