What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Thin Brown Liquid With Some Blood?
I have been nauseated all day. Started throwing up 5 hours ago. Now vomiting thin brown liquid with thick sections of blood in it. I took motrin and some alkaseltzer cold/flu 20 minutes prior to vomiting the blood. Should I be concerned or is that from the Meds?

Ibuprofen and aspirin can cause bleeding in the GI tract but it needs to be investigated as there is a chance that you are having gastric ulcers. I would advise you to get yourself checked by a gastroenterologist as soon as possible.
He may advise an endoscopy for proper diagnosis. Meanwhile don't take those medicines till the cause is confirmed.
