What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Up Of Black Bile?
Last night I woke up in the middle of the night nauseated and started vomiting black mater. This continued through the night. This morning I felt better but had stomach discomfort. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed that swallowing is becoming painful.. Feels like I am swallowing something extremely hother or extremely sharp. Out of nowhere this afternoon I am nauseated with dry heaves.

1) Do Full blood count with differential (Ruled out common infections)
2) Do Ultrasound examination and Liver function test to ruled out liver and gallbladder
3) Do STOOL exam to ruled out intestinal parasites present or not
4) Check your body temperature and record it up to 72 hours.
