What Causes Nausea And Vomiting While Allergic To Peanuts?
I have a 9 year old son complaining of nausea and he just committed. He then fell asleep and he feels very cool to the touch. He is severely allergic to peanuts, but we can not think of anything he ate today that could have contained peanuts. Do you think there is anything we need to look for?

Nausea and vomiting is most likely to be due to indigestion or gastric upset.
If there is no history of peanut intake, then these symptoms are not due to allergy against peanuts.
Is there history of consuming infected food?
Have you eaten food somewhere outside or stale food.
Food poisoning can occur dues to consumption of stale food.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.
