now i am suffering chest pain,i feel nauseated and dizziness..sometimes when i go to sleep i cant sleep becoz i have this difficulty in breathing..im 26 y.o..45kls..height 5flat...i work as caregiver and evryday i carry this woman who is disabled..im afraid what will i do?thank you..

So get done ecg, 2d echo and chest x ray. If all these are normal then no need to worry for major diseases. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
