I started my day with nausea, diarrhea cramps and lightheadedness. it comes in waves that have seemed to die off in the last few hours, but left with cramps and curious if this is because I went off my birth control (took it for 9 weeks, now its my off week), or if I should be worried

For now, you should not be worried as symptoms are subsiding. Should they persist or become worse, at that point i would encourage you to seek further medical care. This has no relationship with the contraceptive pills.
