General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Temporary loss of vision associated with nausea & fatigue commonly occurs due to ocular migraine or vitreous floaters. Smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure & high cholesterol (get lipid function tests done) may cause such symptoms to occur. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an Ophthalmologist & get all required tests (blood/imaging) done to rule out serious medical conditions like glaucoma, retinitis, retinal detachment, pituitary tumor, etc. Take vitamin B12 & vitamin E rich food or supplements. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
