What Causes Nausea, Fatigue, Chest Soreness, Tremors And Temporary Loss Of Vision?
Yes hello, I am a 34 year old female who has been dealing with symptoms of nausea comma fatigue and gas in my chest area. I also feel an inner shakiness sometimes and my vision is off and am my eyes have a sensitivity. What diagnosis is this all leaning toward?
Temporary loss of vision associated with nausea & fatigue commonly occurs due to ocular migraine or vitreous floaters. Smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure & high cholesterol (get lipid function tests done) may cause such symptoms to occur. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an Ophthalmologist & get all required tests (blood/imaging) done to rule out serious medical conditions like glaucoma, retinitis, retinal detachment, pituitary tumor, etc. Take vitamin B12 & vitamin E rich food or supplements. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
