What Causes Nausea, Fatigue, Diarrhea And Right Abdominal Pain?

I am a 44 year old female. I am having stomach pain and right lower abdomen pain. I do not have appendix. I am extremely nauseous but no fever. Fatigue a gurgling in stomach. Severe diarrhea and everything comes up throat vomit or out rear diarrhea. Symptoms past 3 days

You are suffering from gastoenteritis. You should report to an ER or consult your GP. The advisable medicines are antibiotics like capsule cefixime 400mg 1 × PO × OD × 4days along with tablet mebeverine 1 × PO × BD, tablet gravinate 1 × PO × BD and lot of ORS. Take lots of fluids and soft diet. If you are unable to ingest anything due to vomiting then you definitlely need emergency care.
