What Causes Nausea, Lightheadedness And Back Pain?

That would be lovely. I had what I thought was the flu, chills, severe stomach cramps, slight fever and gas that would make my dog blush for a couple of days. But that was over three weeks ago and I am still having nausea when I wake up in the morning, I am light-headed which is something that does happen when I get sick, and I have bad pains on my right side in the back and front. I have had gastro-intestinal issues in the past as well as other health issues but overall have been well of late. This just doesn t seem to be going away.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using HCM.,

You are likely to suffer from abdomen flu / infections that cause fever and nausea symptoms ..
I would say you to do blood investigation and sonogram abdomen to rule out underlying cause of cramp.

Thank you.
