What Causes Nausea, Lower Back Pain And Baby Moving Feeling?

I am feeling movement and little bursts of bubbles. I've had 2 babies and it feels like a baby moving. I'm urinating alot. Lower back pains, headaches and sometimes nausea. My sciatica is also acting up, which only happens when I'm pregnant. Please help.
