What Causes Nausea, Severe Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea?

Hi, I have had nausea, bad stomach cramps on and off, diarrhea, chills, no engery, and just lethargic for the last 3 days. It also sounds like I have a thunderstorm going on constantly in my stomach and sometimes REALLY loud. Please give me suggestions on what it could be. I DON T want to take the time of work to go to the doc..until necessary. Thank you in advance for your time! Gina

I really appreciate your concern, it is the viral infection that could cause such symptoms you have to be patience till few days, hydration need to be taken care else this is nothing to worry, if the symptoms persist more than week then it could be protozoa infection then it would be better to start 'Tab Metronidazole 400 mg' twice in day for five days hope this information helps.
