I got to work and sat down. after a while I started feeling nauseous. I got up, leaned against the door. After a few minutes my hearing started fading fast. After about 10 second s or so all I could hear was white noise . At the same time, my vision turned cloudy, like I was looking through a fogged up window. Meanwhile, pins and needles shoot through my entire body and a feeling of numbness becomes mixed in. I m slightly confused, I turn away from the door and start to walk toward the office to clock out. Everything seems like slow motion, I have to think about each step. My steps seem to be going a little crooked and are fumbly. After what seems like forever I get to the office(30ft). I go to punch out and my finger seems to be dancing in front of my eyes. I push my finger on the pad and the clock acknowledges my punch out with a Thank you . This seems very loud with a slight echo. (Still can t hear anything else) I make the journey back to the door, when I m almost there, my hearing starts to come back. People talking right next to me sound echoey and way off in the distance. My vision is also clearing. I pick up my lunch box, opened the door and the only thing left was my ears felt as if they had something in them and I was a little jittery and nauseous. I went to the doc and he didn t really take me seriously. Blood work showed everything ok. Ekg was good. What could it be?
