Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
I have gone through Your query and will try to provide information you need on it
from the medical history you provided it seems that most probably you had a brief episode of motion sickness along with aspiration of small amount of fluid into your air way (trachea ) which might have been a cause of your brief breathlessness
it is common to feel weakness after vomit due to loss of body fluid and electrolytes and if you were driving for a long run you might have feel Numb feet due to prolonged sitting
if you often have motion sickness or if you have eaten something wrong than whatever happens was not a cause of serious concern as you are feeling well now
however i would strongly advise you to have a medical checkup done to rule out any other underlying medical condition
I hope it help Thanks & Get well Soon
