What Causes Nausea When Stomach Is Empty For An Insulin Dependent Diabetic?
Hve nausea without vomiting- diabetic insuln dependent0 seems to happen when my stomach is empty over long periods like at night, tried stpppind asparame drinks,do not know if lactose intolerant- its miserable had it over a few years comes on and off

Dear sir i ca understand your concern
in my opinion you might be having low sugars,
nausea is a kind of neuronal response to low sugar.
don't do long fasting its not good for diabetes,
take some snack in between,like whole grain biscuits,salads,2 slice of brown bread
