What Causes Neck And Back Pain With Increase Level Uric Acid?

sir first i have a tiafied then i get treatment with anti biotics medicine by this doctor says my uric acid is incread 6 then i take one month treatment of uric acid then it decreses to 4.8 then sir my fever is not ok i have back pain and neck pain then sir i did mentox test and xhest x ray x ray is normail but mentox test is slightly postive then doctors said u have infection doctors give me medicine of 10 days than my fever gets ok then sir my neck pain is not ok then sir i take neck x ray in this my one nerve get straight doctor syas it is to be bend am taking this medicine
