What Causes Neck Pain On The Left While Suffering From Mastoiditis?
I was diagnosed with mastoiditis last year after 14 years of infections, drainage & hearing loss. Im 38 years old. Last April I had a mastoidectomy on my left side. By Oct it had returned & is now also on right side. Been having pain in the left side of neck into shoulder, I ve been seeing a chiropractor for. Can this pain be related to mnastoiditis??

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
The pain on left side of neck &shoulder could not. be due to mastoiditis or complication of mastoidectomy.
It can be due to nerve pinching at cervical spine or the nerve plexus above sturnum... by cervical rib.
Consultation of an orthopedic surgeon &investigation like X ray /MRI... would help in pin pointing the cause followed by needful treatment undr expert care. (Medicine for pain management,
steroid injectio/physiotherapy/surgery)
