What Causes Neck Pain, Pressure In Head And Cold Sore In Mouth?

I have neck pain, and a pressure feeling in my head that feels like a sinus infection the pain is at the base of my neck. i also had a cold sore in my mouth for two weeks. The pain in my neck is when i move my head up and down. Some days are better than others. I have this for about 5 weeks. Any ideas

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be nonspecific and may not be due to any disease some time this could be due to functional factors, try to come out of this, try some relaxation therapy, be positive, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
