What Causes Neck Stiffness Along With Sore Abdominal Muscles And Chills?
Hi. Thank you for taking my question. I have had a headache for three days, neck stiffness, sore stomach muscles like I ve done sit ups,weird chest pain and a backache for the last two days. On the first two days I had serious bouts of chills and shivering. My eyes also feel hot but I do not have a fever. Can it be anything serious?
